Abstract
Job happiness is basically a compilation of the promising or disadvantageous sentiment of workers regard their work with. The thesis was performed at Mizoram using concise analysis procedure, which is one of the states in the north-eastern region of India. The aim of this research is to examine the job satisfaction of Mizoram college teachers and to evaluate the job satisfaction of college teachers-based on their gender, teaching experience plus instructional direction. Out of 32 separate colleges in Mizoram, 22-degree colleges is the target research community, from all 22-degree colleges in 8 districts twelve-degree colleges i.e. five-degree colleges in the district of Aizawl out of 10 colleges in other districts are chosen for analysis and a total of 300 students, 150 Arts college students, 100 science college teachers and 50 commercial college tea tea teachers. Level of Job Satisfaction (2006) was chosen and used by the investigator to gather data from the various respondents. Research results will provide insight to school leaders to help them better understand the teachers and identify the best possible methods of optimizing college teacher career transition. Practitioner Points-job satisfaction depends on Competencies of teachers experience of the teacher qualification of the teacher environment prevailing in school various demographic variables
