Abstract
In the 4.0 industry revolution, telecommunication is becoming a vital and indispensable industry, which directly impacts each individual and social life. The article analyzed the customer's assessments on the CSR implementation of VNPT Phu Tho with customers in the three stages before, during, and after using the service, thereby finding problems that need to be improved, to help VNPT make improvements to further satisfy customers' needs
