Abstract
The aim of this paper is to examine the driving factors of the performance of the Bank. Specifically, the paper focuses on the extent to which the quality of service, creativity, technology, employee engagement, competitiveness and electronic banking impact of bank performance. This paper will be a concentrated literature study of the performance factors of the bank. Quality of service, creativity, technology, employee engagement, competitiveness and electronic banking have shown a significant positive impact on the Bank 's performance. This paper should make it possible for bank management to consider the variables that influence the operation of the business. Again, it will attract future customers and buyers to the banking system.
