Abstract

The subject of the present research is a comparative analysis of the dependence of the nominal cash flow of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan on socio-economic factors, characterizing the labor market of both states, as an increase in the nominal cash flow leads to an undoubted improvement in the labor market and its well-being in general. The aim of the research is to determine the main socio-economic factors affecting the nominal cash flow in both countries and calculate the percentage of their influence on nominal cash flow. Using the method of statistical dependency equations, the authors identified sixteen factors that have a key effect on the nominal cash flow of the population of the Central Asian republics, as well as compiled equations of one-factor and multi-factor dependencies. As the results, the multi-factor dependencies equations allowed the authors to calculate the stable relation of the nominal cash flow from the above mentioned factors. Additionally, the authors calculated the percentage of these factors influence on the nominal cash flow in two countries. Thus, based on the results, the authors proposed possible key areas for increasing the nominal cash income of Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.
