Abstract
This study establishes a relationship among caring-climate, job-satisfaction and job-performance in the banking sector of Pakistan. This study suggests that there exists a positive relationship between (a) caring-climate and job-satisfaction and (b) caringclimate and job-performance. Data was collected from 148 employees through standardized random sampling in the banking sector of Pakistan. Results of the study verifies that positive relationship exists amongst (a) caring climate and job satisfaction and (b) caring climate and job performance. Finally, the study effects are provided
