Abstract
This study involved the execution and importance of school internship and problems of secondary teacher education. Descriptive survey method was followed using questionnaire. The study showed practice teaching is necessary for development of teaching skills. Majority of the interns faced some psychological and pedagogical problems along the need of proper supervision. It was observed that internship has importance. Systematic guidelines, proper co-operation, and flexible work environment might help the interns to become a liable and self-determining teacher in teaching profession.
