In this paper, we have researched how different inventory techniques are being applied to make sure all products are delivered to the customers when ordered and minimize out of stock and increase customer experience. When any customer comes to any of the online grocery portal or app and order, there is an expectation in terms of quality and get delivered all his products what he or she has ordered.
