STRATEGIES FOR EMPOWERING TEACHERS IN NEW AGE LEARNING MANAGEMENT OF PRIVATE SCHOOLS IN THAILAND

Abstract
The objectives of this study were 1) to study the current and desirable conditions of empowering teachers in the new age learning management of private schools ; 2) to create strategies for empowering teachers in the new age learning management of private schools; and 3) To evaluate the empowering teachers in the new age learning management of private schools. This study was conducted in three phases. The first phrase is document synthesis for obtaining empowering teachers in the new age learning management of private schools; in addition, 9 experts were interviewed oneon-one to confirm the composition of the questionnaires to study the current and desirable conditions of for empowering teachers in the new age learning management of private schools. The sample in this part consist of 210 school administrators. For the second period, strategies for empowering teachers in the new age learning management of private schools was drafted. The PNI modified technique matching using the TOWS Matrix was essential for making draft empowerment strategies, and we discussed the target group with 9 experts. In the final stage, teacher empowerment strategies was checked for suitability, possibility, value, and benefit for improving and proposing strategies by organizing seminars with 7 specialists. In order to present strategies for empowering teachers in the new age learning management of private schools addition, workshops were organized for disseminating to 50 stakeholders Results 1. In current situation, teacher empowerment in the new generation of learning management of private schools had 3 key following issues: 1) an organizational climate creation; 2) cooperation networking establishment; and 3) decision-making acceptance. The overall results were at a high level. As for the desirable conditions of empowering teachers in the new age learning management of private schools, 3 key elements were 1) building an organizational condition, 2) forming networking, cooperation and 3) accepting decision-making. Overall, it is at the highest level. 2. There were 4 strategies for empowering teachers in the new age learning management of private schools, 11 issues, 24 indicators, and 14 projects. The 4 strategies were as follows: 1) promotion of the adoption of digital technology, high speed internet for using learning together; 2) increasing of opportunities for parents to participate in the development of learning management for increasing the potential of learners; 3) development of a network of learning management in the digital age; and 4) development of innovation for using in learning management. 3. Based on the results of the evaluation of the strategies for empowering teachers in the new age learning management of private schools, appropriateness, possibilities, the cost-effectiveness, and usefulness of the strategy was found to be very suitable, a high degree of potentialities.
