Abstract
Healthcare strategies at a country level pursue the fundamental objective of meeting all citizens' demand for the care they need. In this sense, it is essential to align supply chain management in order to meet growing, diversified and personalized expectations for adequate and timely services. The use of Information and Communication Technologies is one of the levers likely to facilitate achieving this objective. Internet enabled supply chain management, framed by a digital transformation strategy, is one of the directions adopted to face this growing demand for often individualized care in a context where the various resources required are limited. In our research work, we carry out an in-depth analysis of the facilitators and challenges
