Abstract
In this era of the fourth industrial revolution, it is a truth that technology is conquering the entire world. Without keeping abreast of knowledge and appreciation of learning techniques, individual growth, organizational development, and societal prospects cannot be achieved. Accordingly, the study has focused in the U.A.E., with a sample size of 300 from various firms by quantitative and qualitative analysis. Moreover, it has statistically confirmed that four independent variables show a positive relationship with organizational learning activities. Furthermore, it clarifies the amount of emphasis provided by selected companies on learning theories for systems thinking, personal mastery, shared vision, and team learning. The outcome generated a capsule model of learning framework towards technological advancements and agile organizations with competitive talents
