Abstract
The influence of chelated forms of fertilizers on the quality of potato tubers, which characterizes its suitability for processing into potato products, has been established. Fertilizers in a certain concentration had a positive effect on the content of dry matter, reducing sugars and starch. Specific doses and terms of chelate application are recommended to obtain potato tubers suitable for processing
