Abstract
Traffic Sign prediction structure be a main role for driving sustain coordination that robotically vigilantes and inform to the driver of the traffic signs ahead. Hear, a research a proficient real time traffic sign prediction organism is recommend for the Indian traffic signs. The camera which is fit in vehicle to incarcerate video is amalgamated with an in-vehicle computing gadget. The noise of image frames may be blurred and foggy condition. After that median filter with nonlinear de-convolution method is used for image enhancement. The filtered binary image is demonized by quantum neural network algorithm with high convergence rate. Finally depth first search algorithm and bounding box for each connected component is calculated for SVM classifier to identify actual traffic sign.
