Abstract
Event management has significant place in tourism. Events are classified as mega events, main events, regional and local events. Event tourism mostly is defined as planning, development, marketing and promotion. Events are attractions on destination management and they are main impulses for traveling. Events attract high-contact travelers willing to have more experiences with local people. Events are focused on society and celebration. Nowadays the role of Events on tourism business is increased in Georgia. It is clear that our country is very interesting destination for tourists. During 2017-2018 years number of tourists is enlarged by 17%, these dates are strengthened by declarations of private sector. During 2014-2017 years number of tourists has increased from 525 249 to 1 026 259 person. Currently Event market is developing in our country. It is main reason why we find it difficult to find information about conducted events during the years, and shares of events on tourism revenues.
