Abstract
The modelling and control of pH process is very challenging task in Industrial applications like wastewater treatment, sewage treatment, pharmaceutical industries etc. Control of these processes is very complicate because of their inherent nonlinearity, high sensitivity at or near the neutralization point. The conventional PI controller is not suitable for this highly nonlinear process. This paper presents the modelling and control of pH Neutralization process using ANFIS based Internal Model Controller (IMC). The ANFIS based Internal Model controller (IMC) is used to control the pH process and to compare the result with conventional PI controller.
