Abstract

Distributed computing is one of the most significant components of cloud computing, which primarily shares information with all applications simultaneously. Managing different resources and directing the route for information sharing is also an important concern in parallel computing. The policy of service brokers plays an important role in this area. Finding the perfect data center is the propitious job to the service broker's policy. Data centers are randomly selected by the service broker based on certain parameters. But even today, we did not have an effective service brokerage policy to manage big information applications in parallel. In this article, a new Effective client handling management technique (ECHMT) is used, which directs user demand to a optimized data center by considering data center efficiency and response time.
