Abstract
People talk about the use of English as a language for Cross-Cultural communication. The one ques- tion is asked most frequently: "How can we insure mutual intelligibility and understanding among speakers from different countries and with various cultures?" The current global economy requires individuals to have language competency and Cross-Cultural communication competency as well, which is becoming a significant part of tertiary education
