Abstract
In the era of globalization where there is high competition, challenges, urbanization banks have to make rapid changes then as a response of which they have to make effort to increase their efficiency. Job stress is a serious threat to physical health. Work stress in the life of organized workers, affects the health of organizations. In most of the cases, stress leads to reduced efficiency in even the best of individuals which in turn leads to reduced productivity
