Abstract

The article analyzes the problem of the state of professional training of future law enforcement officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the conditions of bachelor's degree and substantiation of the existing problems of such training. The concept of «quality of training» is clarified, which is considered from different positions: connection with the planning of the learning process, when certain ideas about the planned quality of training are embedded in educational programs in each discipline; associated with the stage of implementation of educational programs in the educational process; involves assessing the quality of the results of the educational process. The features of the theory and practice of professional training of future specialists in higher education institutions (HEI) are determined. The essence of the concept of «vocational training», which is a system of training that provides the formation of the necessary competencies required for a particular activity, in order to obtain a qualification in a particular professional specialization. Different approaches «individual's readiness for professional activity» are substantiated. It has been found that military activity differs from all other types of work in the tasks, methods and conditions for achieving the goal. It has its own patterns, a certain internal structure, motives, ways in which its course is influenced by a number of factors: military-professional, combat training of personnel, military-technical and psychological, work with personnel. It is determined that «readiness of the future officer for service» is considered as a personal education, which is formed by purposeful pedagogical influence on the formation of a citizen's readiness to defend the Motherland, to serve in the military and ensures coordination of knowledge about the content and structure of service. and requirements for this activity, for the state of health, for the psychological state and the formed professional competencies. It was found that the structure of the readiness of the future officer for service is determined by the following components: motivational, functional and emotional-volitional components. It is established that the main problems of professional training of future law enforcement officers, scientists include the quality of educational services in military institutions of higher education, which depends on: the formation of a system of professionally significant knowledge, skills, behaviors, individual ways of performing professional activities; wide profile of training; formation of a modern style of holistic scientific and professional thinking; readiness for professional self-development, continuing education and self-education; formation of social and professional position, development of professional abilities and personal qualities (independence, activity, creativity, mobility, communicativeness, etc.); ensuring the readiness of future professionals for individual and creative performance of professional functions, for innovation; applied nature of training, ensuring unity, integration of its theoretical and practical components; introduction of dual education
