FACTORS AFFECTING TO MODERN MANAGEMENT OF ENGINEERING ORGANIZATION

Abstract
The objectives of this research are to study factors affecting the engineering organization management. The analysis that affect to the engineering organization management and study trends in the modern management of engineering organizations. Using quantitative research method which the questionnaire with a tool that random data collection from 400 samplings in the engineering organization and then analyzes the data by using statistical software packages. The analyzed data is using descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, and average, standard deviation and inferential statistics. By testing the difference of mean values of two samples the difference of the mean values of more than two samples and Pearson's simple correlation statistics.
The results of the research showed that most of the respondents are Engineers for 64.5% and Non-engineers for 35.5%. The most affecting factor is cost management factors, followed by organizational development factors, analyzing the relationship between engineers and non-engineers are various factors; it was found that the organizational management process had the highest impact and the least on the design of the modern organization. This trend is indication in the management of engineering organizations that need focus on the process of organization development to keep pace with changes according to the situation and cost management.
