Development and justification of a new model of doing business in commercial and municipal healthcare institutions in the Irkutsk region: the transition of secondary reception of narrow specialists from «offline» to the «online»

The article summarizes the results of the study of the business model in commercial and municipal healthcare institutions of the Irkutsk region. The author of the article put forward a hypothesis about the possibility of the transition of secondary admission of patients of narrow specialists from the «offline» to the «online» sphere. The objectives of the study were to analyze medical services in private medical institutions, determine the list of services that can be transferred online, develop business processes for new services, and scale the model to municipal healthcare institutions.
