Analysis of the risk system of investment projects of the Irkutsk region

This article defines the concept of «risk» in the context of risk management and project development, identifies the nature of investment risks, and examines typical risks specific to investment projects as a whole. Specific risks of projects in the Irkutsk region were identified and their analysis was carried out, on the basis of which it was concluded that the most possible risks are important to consider when developing a business plan for an investment project.
