Abstract

The article describes the situation on the catering market this year, which arose as a result of unforeseen restrictions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and some of its consequences. The situation in recent months has revealed changes in market demand and identified new trends, such as the priority of fast food, online ordering and delivery systems, the rapid development of bakeries/bakerie shops and coffee houses.
