Comprehensive education problems and alternative suggestions for their elimination

As part of the development of the Irkutsk region's educational strategy for a 10-year perspective, a number of problems that were identified during the study by the authors were analyzed and identified. Problems were analyzed and considered at each level of education separately: preschool, school, professional and additional, and measures were proposed to eliminate and eliminate these problems.
