Abstract
This article summarizes the results of a study conducted by 3rd year students of the Siberian-American faculty of the Baikal International Business School. The objectives of the study were to analyze the theoretical aspects of organizational change in companies and develop a system of personnel management measures using the example of a branch of the German company for the sale and maintenance of pumping equipment NETZSCH PUMPS RUS.
