Abstract
Reducing weight while increasing or maintaining strength of products is getting to be highly important research issue in this modern world. Composite materials are one of the material families which are attracting researchers and being solutions of such issue. Analysis of the composite material becomes equally important to study the behavior of Composite Leaf Spring. This work deals with the replacement of conventional steel leaf spring with a Mono Composite leaf spring using Modeling of mono leaf spring in CATIA V5 R18 and analysis in ANSYS 14.5 and comparing its results with result of conventional leaf spring obtained by same method.
