Abstract
In this paper, the problem of language levels is studied in functional and dynamical aspect; linguistic processes and situations are highlighted, which are connected with the realization mechanism of inter-level transposition of language units and lead to formation of a corps of linguistic phenomena with a dualistic, intermediate features. Inter-level facts have an universally linguistic nature, reflect the evolutionary essence of the language, highlight the role of transposition as one of the most important mechanisms of language dynamics, are determined through creative intention of semiotic and communicative activity of people, are materialized as an agentive projection of functionality onto language substance, make a particular aspect of interaction of statics and dynamics in the system of language. In the summary, the idea is promoted, that the intermediate samples, phenomena of dualistic nature in the structure and functioning of language are effected by the dialectically contradictive holistic ontology of the object world; this understanding is particularly assimilated in modern science, which is to a great degree oriented towards the inter-paradigmal and cross-disciplinar researches; the triumphal rise of synergetics as a realm and methodology of scientific research is one of the most remarkable results of this tendency
