Abstract
The article examines the main trends associated with the digitalization of business processes at the microeconomic level, presents the results of a comparative analysis of Internet penetration in the world and the Russian Federation for the period 2015–2020. The author identified the main advantages and disadvantages of digital recruiting, as one of the important tools of the HR department at the present stage, and also substantiated a set of basic competencies necessary for the management of the HR department of a company to work in a digital transformation.
