Abstract

The article deals with the urgent issues of innovative projects management in modern economic conditions. Attention is drawn to the fact that project management is a recognized and highly demanded professional discipline throughout the world and standards for the preparation of project managers have been developed in many countries. Emphasis is placed on the degree of significance of the modern project manager in implementing effective management at all stages of creating and developing innovative projects with the receipt of a pre-planned result. Highlighted requirements for his professional and personal characteristics. The disadvantages of preparing creative project managers for innovation activities in Ukraine are substantiated. The necessity of management of intellectual property objects (IPO), especially when developing complex high-tech innovative projects. To do this, based on the analysis of numerous sources of specialized literature, all the main functions of managing an innovative project have been formed and highlighted. It is noted that neither in the literature nor in practice, attention is paid to the management of the OIP, as well as the regulation of relations between the owners of rights to these objects. The important success factors of the innovation project are established, which once again prove that the innovation and competitive advantages of the innovation project are affected by the presence of the OIP and their timely protection. Identified and highlighted the main reasons that prove the need for possession of professional competence in the field of IP, take into account the impact of IP on the legal, economic, technological aspects of an innovative project. It has been established that project managers should acquire and actively use more and more new skills, abilities and abilities, and they are fixed at the level of constantly updated educational programs. It was proposed to develop a new system of training and retraining of managerial personnel in the field of IP management.
