NATIONAL ECONOMY: RELATIONS BETWEEN INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL PARAMETERS OF FUNCTIONING

The article is devoted to the study of external and internal parameters of the functioning of the national economy of Ukraine and their impact on development. It is revealed that the development of the national economy is a dynamic process, which proceeds under the various influences of internal and external parameters. That is why identifying the relationship between internal and external parameters, as well as their joint impact on development, is an extremely urgent task, the implementation of which will provide the necessary information for managing the complex process of development of the national economy. The aim of the study is to identify the relationship between the development of the national economy and its internal and external parameters. It is proved that the concept of a national economy requires a comprehensive characterization in the conditions of globalization and transformational change. The theoretical approaches to the interpretation of the concept of “national economy” are investigated. The existing national and national science formulations of the concept “national economy” are analyzed. It has been established that in most cases the interpretation of the national economy is based on the definition of the category “system”. Approaches to determining the systemic development of the national economy are given. An expert survey was conducted to compile a list of external and internal parameters of the functioning of the national economy. The list of external and internal parameters of functioning of the national economy is given. It is proposed to set individual and general effects using the matrix method according to external parameters. By internal parameters it is suggested to establish an indirect and direct connection. The importance of identifying and evaluating internal parameters influenced by changes in the tendencies inherent in the national economy is substantiated. The influence of internal parameters is represented by mutually-causing and factor-productive connections between the parameters of the functioning of the national economy. A network model of external and internal parameters of the national economy was constructed. A hexagon of communication between the external and internal parameters of the national economy was constructed.
