THE RESEARCH OF APPROACHES TO COST ESTIMATION OF INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN THE CONTEXT OF INNOVATION PROCESS MODELS EVOLUTION

The article is devoted to the research of approaches to estimating the cost of innovative technologies in the context of the innovation process models evolution. Accelerating the pace of innovation progress predetermines a necessity of an existing approaches review to the value estimation of innovative technologies. Exists a need in the development of such appraisal approaches that would not only meet the current model of the innovation process, but would also consider its dynamic development. Based on the identified problematics, the article fulfills the following objectives: the evolution of innovation process models and their features are investigated; The relevance of the existing methodological approaches to estimating the cost of innovative technologies to models of the innovation process has been analyzed. The study was conducted based on the principle of relativism. The theoretical value of the article consists in: systematization of approaches to estimating the cost of innovative technologies that were used during the operation of a particular model of the innovation process; analysis of scientists developments who have proposed methodological approaches in the framework of the relevant innovation process models; the mapping of the interdependent influence of methods for estimating the value estimation of innovative technologies and models of the innovation process on the innovative development of business entities. Applied value of the work consists of reasonable generalizations on the application of approaches to the valuation of innovative technologies in Ukraine, taking into consideration the domestic features of the modern model of the innovation process based on the principles of strategic knowledge systems.
