METHODOLOGICAL SUPPORT FOR SELECTION TOOLS TO OVERCOME PERSONNEL RESISTANCE TO CHANGES AT THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the methodological support substantiation of the choice of tools for overcoming the personnel resistance to changes at the enterprise. It is determined that the low level of competitiveness of domestic enterprises requires the introduction of changes. To ensure that change is successful, staff resistance must be managed. Generalization of existing methods and tools to overcome resistance to change proposed by different researchers is conducted. It is proved that in order to justify the tools of change resistance, it is necessary to specify the factors or causes of resistance. Existing methods and tools for overcoming resistance to change have been identified and summarized in groups: staff information, involvement, negotiation, co-optation, coercion, sanctions, material incentives, intangible incentives. The importance of applying the method of hierarchy analysis for the choice of tools to overcome staff resistance to change is justified, where the selection criteria were the reasons for staff resistance, namely: economic, personal, motivational, professional, socio-psychological, managerial, resource and organizational. The sequence of implementation stages of methodological support for the choice of tools to overcome resistance to change is proposed: defining the goal, justifying the criteria and alternatives, determining the significance of the criteria and alternatives, determining the coefficients of importance for the elements of each level, calculating the quantitative value of the alternatives. In order to determine the appropriate tool for overcoming resistance to change, it is important to compare the benefits and losses of each tool that can be implemented by dividing the relative weight of the benefits of each alternative by the relative weight of the losses. The practical implementation of the proposed methodological support will contribute to a more correct and faster choice of tools to overcome staff resistance to changes, to create a climate-friendly enterprise and increase staff readiness for their implementation.
