AGROLOGISTICS AS A FACTOR OF COMPETITIVENESS IN THE SYSTEM OF INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC RELATIONS

The article is devoted to the problem of the logistic system which does not meet current requirements of Ukrainian grain producing agrarian enterprises. It has been stated that the lack of capability of logistic system hinders the grain export volume and continues to shackle the ability of such enterprises to realize their potential. To a large extent this limits the competitiveness of such enterprises on international markets. Domestic logistic expenses which are significantly higher in comparison to foreign grain producers which is the other factor impairing the competitiveness of Ukrainian grain producers. And this does not only impair the competitiveness on foreign markets but also facilitate the growth of disparity of prices and imbalance the national economy as a whole. Eventually it is hampering integration of Ukraine the world system of a division of labor, participation in the international economic integration, fulfilling other aspects of international economic relations by agrarian sector. In situation when the approach for efficient solution of the problem was not found on the state level, developing the elements of the own logistic infrastructure by the agrarian enterprises themselves should be the solution. Required investments can be attracted by the biggest agrarian sector enterprises, through the cooperation of enterprises and from other sources. The experience of big agro-holdings proves the possibility of finding the solution for this problem. Particularly, TOV SP «Nibulon» created the powerful logistic complex capable of securing the whole logistic cycle. It includes the elements of water, road and railroad transports, grain storage and processing facilities and serves the own needs of the company along with providing other enterprises of agrarian sector with logistic of grain services on a commercial basis.
