Abstract

The article examines the theoretical and methodological provisions for assessing the causes and taking into account the consequences of social phenomena and processes. The scientific substantiation of their analytical and synthetic content in economic activity is developed. It is pointed out that analysis and synthesis are basic tools in understanding the phenomenon of self-organization, which synergetics associates primarily with the concept of dissipative structure. Which should be understood as a structure that occurs spontaneously in open nonequilibrium systems. It is indicated that the order of occurrence of dissipative structures is justified by the analytical and synthetic context of assessing the causes and taking into account the consequences of social phenomena and processes. According to the studied types of context, while the system is in a state of equilibrium, its elements behave independently of each other, as if in a state of hypnotic sleep. Through their independence, the latter do not have the ability to form ordered structures. Elements of such a system that are «excited from sleep» and begin to function in concert are considered. Between them, correlations arise, coherent interaction, as a result of what appears to be called a dissipative structure. It is proved that the property of such a structure is an increased «sensitivity» to environmental influences, which turn out to be a factor in generating and selecting various structural changes for it. Social, as well as material systems under these conditions are included in the process of structural genesis or self-organization. It is pointed out that analysis and synthesis as one of the most important cognitive tools for understanding the process of the structural genesis of social systems by their own methodological content reveal the relationship of two opposite sources: a self-organizing, creative source that increases heterogeneity in the social environment, structures it, and a dissipative, scattering source that blurs heterogeneity, seeks to turn the social environment into a state in which it does not have structural connections.
