Abstract
The complex of methodological aspects of the assessment and improvement of the project management system at the enterprise is considered. It is emphasized that successful project management and achievement of goals are provided directly by the project management system. The focus is on certain national and corporate standards for project management, which allow for the quality formation of a project management system in accordance with the needs of a particular enterprise. It is determined that the practical implementation of scientific and methodological approaches is applied through universally recognized standards, including PBMOK, ISO 21500, PRINCE2, etc. Methodological approaches to enterprise management assessment, which can be applied in building a project management system, are also considered. Methodological approaches have been highlighted to assess the quality and effectiveness of the project management system in the enterprise. To conduct a comprehensive performance assessment, generalized and private indicators are used; it provides for the use of an integral indicator based on three components: the effectiveness of managing production, commercial and financial activities. It was established that the application of such methodological approaches to the evaluation of the project management system in Ukrainian breweries should take into account their specifics. To determine the degree of efficiency and effectiveness, it is proposed to use the Harrington verbalnumerical scale, which is characterized by a high-quality and functional level of the project management system at a particular enterprise. On the example of PrJSC «Firm «Poltavpyvo», an analysis of the project management system was carried out. According to the results of evaluating the effectiveness of project management at the surveyed enterprise, PrJSC «Firm «Poltavpyvo», it was determined that the existing project management system has a low level of efficiency. Measures are proposed to improve the project management system for PrJSC «Firm «Poltavpyvo», in order to maximize the effectiveness of this activity at the enterprise.
