MAIN DIRECTIONS FOR CREATING A UNIFIED GAS METERING SYSTEM IN THE FIELDS OF TRANSPORTATION AND CONSUMPTION OF HOUSEHOLD USERS

An important direction for improving the efficiency of the national economy is to reduce the energy intensity of economic entities. It is enough to note that, according to official data, the energy intensity of Ukraine's GDP is the highest among European countries, which automatically reduces the competitiveness of domestic products in international and domestic markets, complicates the integration processes of entering the national economy into the world economic system on a partnership basis. This indicates that there are problematic issues in the use of energy resources, in particular, management decisions based on system relationships of changes in economic indicators in order to assess the effectiveness of management decisions in the supply of natural gas to domestic consumers, the solution of which requires proper research. Solving problems related to increasing the efficiency of the gas transportation complex requires improving its management system in order to assess the effectiveness of making management decisions for the supply of natural gas to domestic consumers. At the same time, these issues are most acute for gas distribution companies (FRCS), whose functions include providing gas and services to the population and business entities. Considering gas distribution companies as the main object of analysis regarding the search for ways to improve the management of gas transportation, distribution and consumption, it is necessary to clearly define their role and functions in the supply of gas resources, including their conservation and rational use at all stages of transportation to consumers. The relevance of the problems highlighted above and their lack of knowledge in the new economic situation led to the choice of the research topic.
