Abstract
In this article, the author examines the theoretical principles of international competitiveness of regions, analyzes the basic methods used today for identifying the factors of regional competitiveness, singles out the determinants of the international competitiveness of national regions under global competition, and offers models for identifying the factors of international competitiveness of regions.
