Abstract
The article deals with the character and features of international monopolization of production and capital at different stages of the capitalist market system development. On the basis of research of the latest trends in international monopolization of capital we substantiate its global character, manifesting in coverage of almost all world countries of and all social reproduction phases at industrial, territorial and regional levels. It is also proved the inconsistency of global corporations influence on the parameters of the world economic equilibrium, multidimensional manifestation of which can be seen in deepening of the asymmetry in socio-economic development of the countries and regions of the world.
