Abstract
The study is devoted to the study of the level of emotional stability and tendency to stress, the identification of the main stressors in the professional activity of graduates of the bachelor's degree in the specialty «Hotel and Restaurant Business». The article presents the results of approbation of the program of training sessions of the psychological service of the KhKTEI on the development of professionally important psychological qualities by working students as an additional investment of the HEI in the professional development of applicants for education.
