PRICE FORMATION MODEL FOR INTELLECTUALLY INNOVATIVE PRODUCTS BASED ON THE READINESS FOR COMMERCIALIZATION

Abstract
The article examines the problem of price formation for intellectual and innovative products in a volatile market conditions. The existing methods and models of price formation for innovative products have been analyzed, which have shown their insufficiency for the demand of assessment, namely, in the part where the intellectual component of the product and the degree of its readiness for commercialization should be taken into account. The price formation model for intellectual and innovative products is substantiated based on their readiness for commercialization. The model includes a list of evaluation signs of intellectual and innovative products readiness in commercialization: technological readiness, competitiveness, patent readiness, riskiness. A list of levels of intellectual and innovative products readiness has been formed, containing its main distinctive states in the process of preparing for commercialization. Based on the application of algorithms for the theory of fuzzy sets, the indicated levels of readiness of intellectual and innovative products are integrated into an indicator designed to adjust the base price of such products. The proposed price formation model for intellectual and innovative products has been tested on a number of developments in Ukrainian business entities, which made it possible to obtain the desired correcting indicators for them and compare them with the corresponding average market prices in the industry. The author's model makes it possible to group a number of different types of features of intellectual and innovative products and present them in formalized terms. The specified above contributes to the achievement of a high degree of accuracy and adequacy of price formation for intellectual and innovative products, the flexibility of the pricing policy of business entities in a market singularity. The model is universal for products of various economic activity types and process types of its transfer and commercialization.
