Abstract
The disintegration of Union of Soviet Socialist Republics in the year 1991, has bequeathed Russian Federation as an independent country along with other fourteen countries. Since then Russian Federation has been engaging in establishing new outline for constitutional development. Entire political system of Russia had experienced the process of transformation from a centralized communist to a decentralized democratic government.
