ANALYZE THE CHALLENGES FACED SPECIAL EDUCATION SCHOOLS IN DISTRICT NAUSHARO FROZE, SINDH

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out the problems faced by special education schools of Nausharo frozen Sindh. This was exploratory qualitative research and applied interview technique. There were two objectives 1) what kind of problems facing special education schools by academic point of view 2) what problem are facing administration point of view. There were eight respondents. 4 from the senior teacher and 4 from the expert of special school's officer. The open-ended questions were asked. These eight respondents. The interview was conducted from 20 to 25 minutes 10 to 12 minutes for each question. The questions were recorded by mobile cell and data as described separately on the paper and draw on the table. R.is for respondent C for coding. Q for questioning and numbers 1 to 8 to these are respondents, the finding is that most special schools are facing academic problems. Teacher's instructors, stationeries and special books are not provided in Sindh by admin point of view admin are going fail to provide students pick & drop facilities in some places classroom, compound. Computer lab, ground, and parks were not found, lower staff sweeper, peon is not regular. It is recommended that teacher, instructor, the psychologist should be appointed on merit and provided them full package. provided full funds to these schools and appointed should on the merit base, and check and balance should be strict Local and private NGO's invited to take full interest in these schools.
