Abstract
In this article there are determined the key factors of the formation of the social services system in conditions of the postindustrial society. It suggests a detailed analysis and system of the modern theoretical approaches as to determination of the concept ?social services? and the revealing their economic nature. There are singled out and described the particular components of the social services system, analyzed the specific conditions of the formation of social systems of leading countries.
