Abstract
In this article we written about the difference between concept and understanding, language, culture and thought of the usage measuring relationships. Importance of proverbs that how can be used as a linguistically or culturally as a example of Korean and Uzbek countries. It has been studied that these concepts exist in the system, it is derived from other concepts, if it is separated from the system, it gives a wrong idea about the object under study.
