Abstract
Women empowerment is a fundamental issue in the process of developing countries in every corner of the globe. However, the lack of the usual amount of money cause poverty. Various skilled and capable women are disempowering. Multiple governments and various NGOs by providing micro and macro-level strategies loan. It has been observed that microfinance has become an essential role in poverty reduction. The primary component for developing countries to regenerate the economy. FINCA Microfinance Bank, Sindh Bank, Khushhali microfinance bank limited, Banker Nawabshah, Private NGO's like SAFWCO Nawabshah Branch, AMRDO Nawabshah office and Some Self Help Groups like Community based. The association of a small group of communities belonging to similar socio-economic characteristics resides in the same locality. The SHGMCs are unregistered and voluntary associations of people formed to attain some common goals. These groups help explicitly and similar social identity, heritage, caste, or traditional occupations. This research paper investigates the effects of women empowerment on poverty alleviation in district Shaheed Benazirabad, Sindh, Pakistan.
