LEGAL REGULATION OF PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT OF EMPLOYEES OF EXTREME PROFILE

Abstract
This article explores the actual problems of psychological support for the activities of employees of the professions of extreme profile and the state of legal support of the activities of the services of psychological support of these professions. In particular, such extreme types of professional activity as activities of National Police of Ukraine, State Emergency Service of Ukraine, servicemen of National Guard of Ukraine and servicemen of State Service of Special Communication and Information Protection of Ukraine, characterized by high level of nervous-emotional tension, stress, are considered., a large liability, is realized in a time deficit, occurs in an unregulated working day. The positions of the psychologist regarding the organization of his activity — external — as the position of a third-party psychologist who is involved in performing certain works in the organization; internal — a practical psychologist who works in the organization directly. Consider the advantages and disadvantages of both positions: the «outside» psychologist in the organization is more neutral when solving many tasks, but the disadvantage is that he does not know the organization from the inside, can not immediately penetrate into its organizational and management processes. It takes time. A hands-on psychologist working in an organization is devoid of these shortcomings, but has his or her own — constant work in the organization makes him a member of the team, and this, in turn, often does not allow an objective look, to evaluate many things, which may reduce its effectiveness work. The functions of a staff psychologist of the professions of extreme profile in the process of psychological support of the professional activity of an extreme profile are distinguished: research or expert function, advisory function, organizational function. The directions and order of organization of the process of psychological support of activity and its place in the system of psychological support are analyzed on the examples of psychological services of extreme profile.
