INCREASING EFFICIENCY OF THE ACTIVITY OF THE BODIES OF PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE

The article is devoted to increasing the efficiency of the prosecution authorities and stimulating the work of prosecutors, their desire for career growth. Improving the efficiency of the prosecution bodies can be achieved by establishing additional incentives for the effective work of prosecutors, sufficient requirements for work experience for candidates for the positions of prosecutors of district, regional prosecutors, Office of the Prosecutor General. Also the article is devoted to the study of the essence and problems of the Institute of Public Prosecutor in Ukraine, the identification of peculiarities of the activity of prosecutors of different levels, analysis of problems that arise at the prosecutor's office in the exercise of their powers, and also suggested ways of their solution. The ways and methods of improving the activity of the system of bodies of the prosecutor's office of Ukraine at the present stage are investigated, as well as the principles of organization and activity of the prosecutor's office, as well as the principles of organization of the work of its bodies that determine the nature, content, structure of organization of the activity of certain bodies. Particularly noteworthy for the organization of the activities of the prosecution bodies, which stores the key principle of unity and centralization of the prosecutorial system of Ukraine, as well as the use of a complete list of components for organizational activity. To a large extent, the modern prosecutor's office provides public services for the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of persons, so the effectiveness of these services depends on managerial, institutional, information and technological aspects. Each of these aspects should cover three categorical levels: problems, opportunities and actions. This scheme allows to reveal increase of efficiency of the organization of prosecutorial activity. Such opportunities may depend on internal factors (strategy, processes and structure, human factor) and external factors (legislative framework, resources, governance).
