Transformation of Requirements to the New Economic Order Establishment

This article deals with the establishment of a new economic order. The basic establishment stages have been reviewed. The new economic order establishment requirements have been set out. We have also identified certain individual features and changes in the establishment of economic requirements to the key actors of economic relations at various stages of the global economy development. The peculiarities of the present stage of the new economic order establishment have been studied. The article contains the principal directions for the global economy reforms and establishment of a new economic order concept. It also offers a review of the current information development for changing a paradigm in the establishment of economic relations between developed and developing countries; in particular, the article describes various conceptual forms.
