Abstract
Many industries are struggling massively at this pandemic situation. Making a shift in pandemic down fall stock market in India revamped by Reliance industries. Reliance Industries contributed with substantial decision making during COVID-19 pandemic for the recovery of capital markets. The volatility of reliance industries witnessed its extremeness from the hit 52 Week low to 52 week high within this 4 months. Decision on rights Issue and many partnering deals changed the pandemic situation in capital market through reliance contribution to NIFTY and SENSEX. Spot-on the price of behavior of reliance industries to know the variations of shocks in this 4 months is really need of an hour. The largest ever rights issue was offered by Reliance Industries Limited Indian history and sale of rights entitlement listed in stock exchange. Company's aim to make debt free from the debt of Rs.1.6 lakh crore by end of 2020. Amid of COVID-19 market sentiments, rights issue move created positive sentiment among the Indian Investors and Global Investors. Rights issue announcement of Reliance industries impacted significant change in the share price behavior and volume traded in NSE.
