Abstract
The objective of this study is to explore the impact of trust, individualism and job characteristics on team work. Employee reluctance has long been regarded as a significant impediment to the progress of corporate reform programs. However, employee attitudes toward teamwork have only recently been studied as a factor shaping team effectiveness. Self-administrative questionnaire were used to collect data from the employee working telecom sector of Pakistan. The result of study indicated that trust, individualism and job characteristics have significant effect on team work intention of employee.
