Abstract
With the ongoing COVID -19 crisis the Indian FMCG sector is in a difficult situation due to the various effects of the pandemic. Indian FMCG industries observed a trend of cross-sectoral collaborations emerging to mitigate their Supply Chain risks. We selected six pairs of cross-sectoral collaboration cases that took place after the onset of the crisis to study critical success factors of such collaboration. We observed that many organizations are crossing their boundaries for cross-sectoral collaboration to mitigate the supply chain risks during the crisis. Further research can be conducted on boundary spanning and cross-sectoral collaboration of other industrial sectors, government intervention in the supply chain risk mitigation.
